Deep fried chicken with red fermented bean curd paste 炸鸡用红腐乳贴 (简单又好吃)


Material :

  • 12 pcs chicken
  • 1 pcs red bean curd
  • 2 tbsp red bean sauce (from the same bottle)
  • 2 tsp chopped spring onion
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp corn flour


Method :

  1. marinade chicken with all material minimal 5 hours or overnight in fridge
  2. Heat oil and fry until golden crispy
  3. drain and serve


材料:
12个鸡
1个红腐乳
2大匙红豆酱(从同样的瓶子)
2茶匙切碎的葱
1大匙蚝油
2汤匙酱油
2汤匙糖
3汤匙玉米粉


方法:

  1. 腌鸡在冰箱里所有重大最少5小时或过夜 
  2. 热油,炸至金黄酥脆
