Material :
- 12 pcs chicken
- 1 pcs red bean curd
- 2 tbsp red bean sauce (from the same bottle)
- 2 tsp chopped spring onion
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp corn flour
Method :
- marinade chicken with all material minimal 5 hours or overnight in fridge
- Heat oil and fry until golden crispy
- drain and serve
